Slept ok and nightmares were kept at bay. 

Had to be up early, had an MRI of my brain this morning. Had to inject dye into me. They had trouble finding a vein Had a few prn to help get through it. 

Feels like test after appointment after meds these days. That is what my life has turned into.

Still can't find the words to post after yesterday

Time is a great healer @Snowie ...... everything needs time and distance ...... hanging in there day by day is hard, but it’s only in hindsight that you will see the patterns and progress ......, so just keep going as best you can, and rest when you’re tired. The journey can seem endless until you start to break through on the other side of it all ......

@Snowie - a nurses tip for you. If you ever have to have blood tests or other tests involving needles, drink a heap of water just before. It'll plump up your veins nicely.
