Hi @ils. It's so nice to hear from you.. I'm sorry to hear about your daughter and I feel for you too! While my daughter is not self-harming our stories seem very similar and what you are feeling really resonated with me. I have now been to the gp to get some support. I feel so helpless and scared of saying or doing the wrong thing. I am hoping this helps me be more equipped to help her. Take care of you too...
