Yes, what you say sounds wise, @Littletink_. I wonder what your partner thinks of these ideas. I remember the feeling of being more ill after seeing or speaking with my parents back then. No easy answers, but I hear the difficulty of what you and your partner are going through. Hoping things can improve for you both soon.

Sorry for the late reply I've been really sick this week with my Mental Health. I'm feeling a bit better today though. Am going to a new GP tomorrow so I'm hoping they can help me. I hope you guys had a good week.

Hi guys @Shaz51 and @Former-Member

The Gp has sent me for a blood test and I am getting my Mental Health Plan reviewed. I see the doctor again on the 18th. It's such a slow process. I'm feeling really depressed today. I am feeling really tired of living at the moment. Just such a tired feeling. I am on 225mg of Effexor so perhaps I need a change in meds. Not looking forward to weaning off that one.
