@MDT Have not read it. I looked up a few of his videos last year when my son introduced me to his ideas. 

Lots of great insights, but a bit young for me ... lol.

So long as we allow a little spontaneity and dont develop OCD ... should be good.

When the SJW started to crit and he got defensive ... there were classic polarisation conflict dynamics in the argument.

I cant relate to SJWs

but 

Social Justice is important to me ... that is a huge nutshell!

Would be interested to read yours and others thoughts on the subject.

Here I would image "making order out of chaos" would refer to ways of healing a disordered mind that's in turmoil, due to a chaotic/stressful life inflicted by living in the human condition of a not-so-perfect world?

Am i on the right track? I haven't read the book or heard of it

I think soil justice is important but I think being a SJW is bad for your health..
There is a difference between the two.

A little bit of spontaneous is important i think yeh

Yeah @Former-Member you have pretty much nailed it there. The balance between the two is also important. We need both but in as balanced proportions as possible
