Just taking it easy today. The early start buggered me over lol. But just an easy arvo here. Have to go grocery shopping. But just getting something to eat beforehand.

Doing okay here @MDT - a bit tired but have not long come back from the pool so resting before I have to do some shopping also.

Reminds me of school haha. God I had some weird teachers lol. @Zoe7

I do some walking and then stretches for my back and lots a bicycle movements that help strengthen all my muscles in my lower back and legs. I usually go through them all twice but today I did a little more walking and longer bicycle session then floated around when everyone else left. It was very peaceful @MDT.

I am not going to go shopping until later to avoid the school traffic - both on the roads and in the supermarket. I might even wait until tonight to go - nothing I need urgently today but would prefer to have a day at home tomorrow.
