I had a very similar experience with beyond blue. PANDA however was amazing.

I tried Beyond Blue online forum in one of my desperate down moments. I was not impressed,the person who replied to my despair,was very single minded hell bent on pushing her judgemental, jaded point of  view, that pushed me deeper into misery.  Wont use their online support any more. Found SANE to be the best all round ,very understanding and kind welcoming fellow sufferers. Love to you all.

I’ve tried beyond blue a few times snd was nit happy with how they helped. Or lack of help. Very disappointed with them considering there is a lot of publicity and advertisements for them. 

I will never ring beyond blue again.

I use lifeline phone snd online chat. They hsve helped me a lot.

And also sane online chst is fantastic. Very supportive and empathetic staff.
