@TAB hey tabby, brother permanently moved out yesterday. Think will spend the day vegging. Out walk and coffee here. Hope Dr find out what the problem is with your stomach. Should write down for future reference re stomach. Take care.

yeah I did wonder what was happening with brother the other day , hopefully mother doesnt get to demanding on you @Meowmy  its been ages since had 'runs' I figure its body re setting itself dunno

Enjoy your walk. I have last dietician appt today, pretty much gave up completely the other day with eating, well will get back to vegetables and havent drunk coke or eaten butter etc.

think will smile and say am doing the right thing.Well I was most of time lol
