@greenpea nice and cool then. Last night was one of the worst nights in a long time, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get through the day.

@Gremlin24   that is terrible to hear Gremlin24.  my mother sleeps rarely and always has.  it is awful.  she uses this medicine which has a bad rap but it is the only way she can get any sleep.

@greenpea i never used to have so much trouble. I had a disrupted sleep but I would still got a decent night's rest. But 2-3 hours every night for over 10 weeks now is just ridiculous. I can't sleep for more than 30 minutes at a time before waking up having full on panic attacks.

@Gremlin24   what does your gp say?  are you taking anything for it?  lack of sleep is a torture as i am sure you know.

@greenpea we tried medication to help me sleep, the first one didn't help and the other one sent me into a psychotic episode and I ended up in hospital last weekend.

thanks @Meowmy  main reason for appt was to check bloods

asked at hosp in city as they found results, think sugar was good

not sure re all others. appt tomorrow is with intern.

will ask re gout meds, pain meds, mention gastro probs somehow

without putting blame on me lol

just got back from shops, put more air in tyres as looked flat ish. nearly bought more laundry detergent and dish liquid , dish liquid on ground outside from topping up windscreen washer, ha, remembered have 2 bottles laundry detergent under kitchen sink, ha. then could not find phone. remember big 'bang'as got out of car  thought oh yeah, car falling apart. was me dropping phone lol .. so, am going back over my own tracks, but somehow, everso slighty going forward.. ha ha ha lol .. ok brother got $220k job ffs @StuF , just 2 mths earlier than he wanted , but whatever
