I don't doubt that you cry and that you miss us. I've seen it, ive felt your pain. You've made it clear how much you work on yourself. You say this all the time. I'm relieved your getting the help and support you need.
But, I don't think you've thought through how I might feel when you bring this up so often. It's insensitive to my lived experience. I don't get the level of support that you get.
- I was just reaching out to my ex girlfriend about how to speak to you, and she told me she's exhausted by it all. It's too much for her. She doesn't have the answers. I'm not blaming you for anything. Mine and her relationship ended for other reasons. Do not reach out to her.
But I cannot keep being reminded of your pain.

Omg. Amazing. He was honest with me ! I need to be less selfish. I forget, what it's like to get no support and this was definately my life all my life until about 5 years ago.
How do I move forward ? I asked him if he has a good Gp but he might think it is sounding obtuse. That means - insensitive.
