On Thursday night was talking with a choir member about refractive indices . . he is a facetter .. cuts gems etc... 

We had a blue tongue lizard my brother found in Grampians ...  it was our only pet in 3rd floor flat. Fell off balcony 3 times before he finally died poor thing .. but gave thrills to us as kids.
