do you think you could speak to your pdoc or psychologist soon to help as well?

If I ring my pdoc I know what he will suggest and I don't want to go down that path. I just have to get through the med change and see how I am after that. I ended up SH today so now upset with myself. I don't know how much more I can take of this @outlander

jsut remember youve got us and the helplines as well whenever you need or as much as you need.
Do you think you might need some extra assistance for your SH?
i know it is really shite, but you can lean on us.
how longs the med changes been happening?

Med change has been happening since Friday @outlander and should be about two weeks in total. It's changing of one med slowly and going onto another one slowly. I am hoping this new med works because if it doesn't, then I don't know what that means.

its just another day sis, and i want to be here for you, your not putting anything onto me, not at all @Snowie
i really do hope this new med will work and hopefully will quickly start to see some affect from them.
