Yeah the boundaries and responsibility thing is always tricky. I can relate to both sided of those fences in lots of ways.
Nah never a new idea girl @TAB ... just a different idea girl ...lol
Keto ... is lo carb hi fat and more often than not a "boy" thing. My son rearranged my pantry re keto friendly stuff ... so now I tend to look for recipes with fat component rather than avoiding it.
So its also a story about parents changing and adapting to child's demands. There will always be huge areas where we dont do it perfectly.
@PeppiPatty links dont always work for me ... cultured buttermilk is probably a good one to add to the list for various reasons .. increasing fermented foods is supposed to be good for us. Never bought it yet ...
still to do a groovy recipe with psyllium hisks and cottage cheese.

Zoos training in morning and review of a MH site plan. So conservation campaigns in morning and Mental health activism in arvo.
Both organisations have great cultures with genuine engagement.
SInging tomorrow. I need something else to feel balanced.
