@PeppyPatti ha ha ha that's too funny!
I'm thinking it was the butler in the library, with a lead pipe!
@Glisten I showed you masterpiece to my bro and my crazy cat lady friend. They both think you are brilliant. Naturally I said, "of course she is brilliant, she's friends with me" tee hee hee!
I hope you're both feeling okay. Ever since my diabetes diagnosis I've been feeling much better mentally. Even though it's still early days on the meds, knowing there's a reason behind my general malaise and lack of motivation is liberating.
Much love and blessings โค๏ธ๐๐๐ซ

@PeppyPatti I agree, 56/57 is not old.
Good on you for quitting 20 years ago, I was foolish and persisted until 3 years ago when I knew it was time to quit. I suffered from shortness of breath due to covid, or so my Dr told me. I'm sure 35 years of smoking might have something to do with it too!
Thanks for your onion tip, I must remember it. I was a Tupperware consultant and have their nifty little onion chopper that I use unless I want rings. Does keeping the onions in the fridge keep them longer?
I keep mine in a special storage container (again Tupperware, I really miss it!) and they keep fairly well.
You're in my prayers sweetie, sorry you're having a hard time at the moment. Sending you hugs ๐ซ ๐ค โฅ๏ธ๐

@PeppyPatti I've missed so much not having been more active on the forums.
What's been happening lovely? I understand if you don't want to talk about it or you already have and don't want to rehash I understand. ๐โฅ๏ธ๐ซ

โFantastic news at last. What will you do with your bootie? Buy a horse? A Porsche or Mercedes? Travel to exotic destinations?
Are you good for a loan?! ๐๐คฃ
Finally that crap is behind you. Best news I've heard this week ๐ซ ๐ค

@Jynx I've been sitting on this question for a couple of days...
I hope it's okay to ask?
Is there a space here for LGBTQI+?

@ENKELI your diagnosed Age onset Diabetes is the best, bad news, I have had.
I wish your vet had screened for this sooner.
So many MH issues are physiological. But so many people get fobbed off with โItโs just menopause.โ Or โYouโre getting older; You probably exercised too hard.โ
Will your diabetes interfere with your use of a sauna?
What is โAge onset Diabetesโ? Will sauna fix it?
@ENKELI Retiisi, you are pre-approved for a loan at Glisten Bank.
What am I going to do with the money? Pay my lawyer and credit card off.
Make my GP, give me HRT because my lack of oestrogen is rendering my ADHD medication redundant and my dyslexia is a nightmare.
I eat a kilo of Tofu a week. Try to pump as much photo oestrogen into me as possible. It doesnโt work (sad face).
Get a lifestyle job.
I did promise my friend of 37 years, that I would go to Italy with her next year.
Iโd prefer to hike Norway.
@ENKELI have you thought about volunteering for RDA - Riding for the Disabled Australia?
Got to go finish a table that Iโm repairing for friends. Very ugly table. Less ugly when I finish.

@Blackcloud Ooh, they all sound sooo good. I like Fishbowl too, it's healthy and affordable! Are you following the strawberry matcha trend? I am having one now... I think it's growing on me! But my heart will always belong to a strong soy iced latte. ๐คญ
I think that's all very interesting, actually. You are doing so many things for you, I like that. How has the gym been going? I just started with a PT, but I am not feeling overly confident around the gym bros yet haha
How do you feel finishing your arts course btw? I can imagine that would be rather bittersweet. But also, SO exciting that you are studying psych. I can't wait to hear about how this goes for you. Lifeline will be a wonderful addition to your learnings, it's incredibly helpful to have practical experience - I have no doubt that you will absolutely thrive. โจ
