I'm all tucked up in bed dreaming of riding horses......... 

I saw my youngest son yesterday. Very very cool. Chalk and cheese those two men - my sons. Hopefully the oldest - he will calm down. 

Here's a chair for you. Please have a banana milkshake consisting of nutmeg, banana, skim milk if you like that type of f milk. 

My bloody tooth I just got crowned is in pain. Curses. I'm busy going online trying to find as many free samples as I can get sent. 

Chemist online  has about 6 free samples. Then you can go on Reddit and people say where you can get others.

I had the Banana milk shake with soy milk, coconut yogurt and ice. A smoothie really. I have one every day.

I'm thrilled to hear about your grandson. 

after huge pain - zap ---- today no pain all settled down. Iv been so annoyed having to pay another pile of money after the more pile of money I still need to pay. 

But its over it's over ! My tooth is fine. 

Mmmmm banana smoothie .....

So this dentist thing is over for 3 months then waiting for more expensive stuff. 

So  .........
