Morning how are you ?
Today I need to work out how to use excell. It's 5:18 am. I always get up about this time.
What are you doing this morning ?

But I'm going through a time where I haven't exercised that much - I'm thinking about running up and down the stairs Instead of using the lift.

Why are you worried about your Savings $?

get another account @PeppyPatti have to tell cenno tho. and maybe get rid of yr financial adviser if they are not doing anything. as I said b4 , regular payments are income and can risk losing pension if its too much and done the wrong way. can park it in super but sounds like you have to get it out again. need proper advisor.
spreadsheets can be used for predictions when get more advanced yes its just formulas, but when set up right they do all the work ie change 1 number and a whole data set updates
@Glisten havent used it in years, but can be fun. there are courses and books as well

Thank you for the tag. Not doing too well these days. Sometimes the pain gets so hard.
I learnt this from a podcast. FACE your future. It is a message on how to age well.
F is for flexibility e.g. yoga and plates
A is for aerobic excercise. Walking, swimming, running.
C is for carrying your own weight. Push-ups and any weight training that allows you to carry your own weight.
E is for equilibrium. Practising balancing on one leg. For example when you brush your teeth.
Just thought I'd share this in case it's helpful.

yes, there is well documented proof get more benefit from 7mins than hours this is from uni studies @Glisten intensity, yes HIIT. only well havent tried recently. joints not up to jumping around, could do it on exercise bike

@TAB yep. Intensity for cardio and getting system going. Cos I have to be low impact I find cross trainer my favourite. Helps work the core. Bike is alright. Don’t get to gym often these days… fortnightly…
@Glisten I just love other people’s dogs. Went through old photos and it was good to see the old dogs… like old friends.
