Re: Everything music

He’s awesome. For me, lyrics AND voice. Such a stirring song, @Kyle1

Re: Everything music

Someone on reddit posted how listening to this song (in a McDonalds carpark) made them come to terms with their diagnosis, and others were chiming in saying they felt the same.

Re: Everything music

Sorry meant to just post the first piece of beautiful music in the link.  Oops

Re: Everything music

it is very nice @Former-Member

Lilting. Ethereal almost.

Rachmaninov was a maniac on piano.!

In a masterful way. I don't often listen to his stuff because it's quite...intense.

Re: Everything music

Ha! A “maniac on piano” @Kyle1 that’s so funny. Yes, he is intense, that’s why I only posted that section of the piece. It’s one of my favourites, and the pianist is so talented. I like Chopin as a calming substitute.

Re: Everything music

That is simply awesome, and then when Prince joins them…wow!  Is it Dhani on acoustic? He looks so much like his late father….such a great song. George was the best songwriter.

Re: Everything music

yes, re Dhani. Story in comments below was that man in Purple did not rehearse  with the others , just turned up and smashed it !  and comments re Dhanis face while watching him

Always thought Prince was talented, just misdirected maybe re my tastes lol.

if you look closely he is on stage throughout the song, so its a bit theatrical, but .. hey ... I have watched it over and over ... @Former-Member  😊  ps had later Beatles greatest hits album but never a huge fan. My Sweet Lord was good though.
