Hello @TAB just got up. Had broken sleep but was able to get back to sleep again. Need to do a Qigong technique to get back off to sleep more regularly. Feeling better than normal. Just opened front door to let fresh air in. I noticed the other day Deepak Chopra is saying in a new book you can use AI for spirituality. I dunno. I think i will read the book and see what it has to say. Will be doing astrology today. Will get back out there walking today. Thyroid is normal thankfully after using grounding sheeting. No more sweats and reactions with certain foods. Today will be a better day thank God

Got to get silly hardware shop off my list. Don't want to go to that one but have a gift card. Why?? Was super deal atm like 20% more credit than paid for.
