@TAB Woolies is usually good but might go with 3rd party sellers like Healthy Life from now on. You buy on the Woolies portal but it comes through a separate company via courier (not with your regular shop).I got $10 off my Woolies shop today. I won't be buying the Woolies Macro brand in future. Just listening to my Rife audios. Saw some pictures of me several year ago and I don't look like the same person anymore. Looking healthy. Its due to trimming down, detox with Rife and healing my biofield

Nothing much planned for today. Need to go check the lotto and put it back on for next week. Got the Christmas tree put up and decorated yesterday.

Thanks for reminding me @TAB  I have some gluten free muffins which aren't a big brand but they are nice to have on standby. They are around best before date so have sliced them and put them in the freezer. Did not want it going to waste. Got to clean up my kitchen today

Feeling tired today my astrology said I would be below par the next few days.  Sleep patterns haven't been the best.  Am wearing black tourmaline crystal to boost my energy. Feeling a lot better
