How has your day been?

It’s been lovely .... spending time in the library after class to use the computers and print ....headspace to be creative that is hard to find at home except for early morning and late at night.

Cooking dinner now.

I am not too good with words today, it’s been a really tough day. 

I know how traumatic it can be having a tooth removed. I hope the experience wasn’t too bad for you.

Hi @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @Sans911 @Owlunar 

Have a little pain today but manageable with meds. I have hydrotherapy in a couple of hours and actually looking forward to being back in the water - just lacking a bit of motivation but I am sure I will be okay once I get there and am in the water.
